Accessibility reports, VPAT-related deliverables, Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs), remediation guidance and other documentation describe findings and conformance information based on the scope and testing performed.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, appropriate access to digital products when required, and reasonable cooperation necessary to perform the agreed services.

Customers remain responsible for implementing recommended code or design changes unless remediation is expressly included in the applicable service agreement.

5. Accessibility Technology and Third-Party Services

WebXS may integrate or rely upon third-party technologies and service providers in connection with certain services.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, policies and technical limitations. WebXS does not control the policies or availability of third-party services.

6. Website Content
